Culinary Arts is a two-year program that introduces students to the foodservice industry in fun
and exciting ways. Students acquire essential kitchen skills and refine their culinary abilities in a
hands-on environment. The program covers a broad range of topics, including cooking, baking,
cost control, nutrition, and sanitation. In the second year, students have the opportunity to
further hone their skills and elevate their expertise, all while earning the prestigious ServSafe
Manager certification.
